Ray had an appreciation for the trades through high school and eventually went to school for Chemical Engineering. After college he landed a job with Carrier and was sent to a 3 month orientation to learn all about HVAC. Once equipped with the knowledge to continue his career, he hooked up with Austin Haller & Edward McFarland of Haller Enterprises so start Schedule Engine, a groundbreaking technology company aimed at helping contractors modernize their customer experience.
