Shawna Peddle joins the podcast today as a 313A/G1 Commercial HVACR Apprentice.
She didn’t grow up in the trades even though her dad was an industrial welder. At first, she considered being a veterinarian, then went to school briefly for social work before landing a job in HVAC sales.
She was too intrigued by the equipment to continue selling and quickly changed course to become a technician. After a bit in the residential space she was able to land a job with a company in the commercial space which is what she’s currently doing.
As so happens, she defines success as loving what you do, which is exactly what she does.
